Hi All

I have a server edition running on 9.0.4, I am also running VM pro from the server edition.
Problem is...If you create a call flow, save and make live, it seems to save ok, but the call flow fails to work.
When you log back on to the VM pro using the client, the call flow you created is no longer there, any ideas ??
Is it possibly a bug on this version ?

Thanks in advance

I have seen in current 9.1 versions that it takes some minutes before it is actually saved.
Maybe that is happening too on 9.0.4.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I have created call flows some day/weeks ago and they still don't appear

Then i would try to restart the VMPro service and see what happens.

Are you sure you client is on-line (& and has not timed out)?

This has caught me out on a number of occasions

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Server has been rebooted and the services restarted, but the problem still exists.

Hope to tag into this thread

I have a similar issue with the Apps Server 9.1
The customer records a greeting in the AA for a call flow.
The engineer connects over a VPM onto a windows machine and opens the VMPro manager and adds the new call flow and the recording.
Hits save and Make live

The system then reverts back to the old configuration and the customers recording is lost. Happens every time a coconut

Any ideas I cannot reproduce it.

[cheers]
