I wonder if anyone can shed any light on a problem my customer is experiencing ?
The UCM has been running without any problem for approx. 6 months.
I have an IP500 V2 running V9.1.12 software, with a UCM V2 installed in slot 4
IPO is reporting that all licenses ,including Essential and Preferred edition are valid
System status reports the same, however when you log on to the one X Portal administrator, the One X disagrees and shows the message "Preferred edition license is not available for the IP Office xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx"
Everything in the component status is green and working fine.
I have carried out a cold reboot of the IPO
The UCM seems to run for approx. 24 hours, before the One X users start getting a "license is not available, please contact your Administrator" message.
Shutting down and restarting the UCM from within system status will give us 24 hours usage and then the above scenario will start all over again.
Anyone got any idea's ?
