What noobx has explained also works but too add on if it doesn't work use lusrmgr.msc then you can get there pw's and access there user accounts and this will enable you to check the history or w/e shinanigans you wanna do!

If your comp is an hp then that is your problem after about 1 year with the hp the mobo sound just goes bad and time for a new comp!
