I have a 2003 Server with AD and Exchange 2003 on it. I would like to demote this server and promote another 2003 Server with AD. What's the best approach??

one thing you could do is go make a group policy object for that particular OU and tell it to disable running the msn messenger program. i think the process name is called msnmsgr.exe
