I have a x ported, non-DID extension (2210)that is bridged to ported, DID extension (2110). Somehow, when you dial the 2210 extension it is on forward and goes to the attendant operator. How can I undo?
I know all about the reasons not to have this enabled on exchange for the outside world, but, if allowed, is there a issue with the clients membership in distribution groups where the OoO reply also goes to all the dist. group members?
The WT station extensions are not used. All the WT have brdg-appr for their button assignments corresponding to the users digital station extension.
The WT stations can only have 3 "call-appr", 3 "brdg-appr", or 2 "call-appr" and "1 abrdg-appr" buttons assigned.
Cannot figure this out.
Terminate to Coverage Pts. with Bridged Appearances is set to "y"
All internal and outside calls for these particular DIDs ring on the WTs. The C-A-G works just fine at the stations it just will not ring on the WT which has button assignments as brdg-appr of the staion extension.

I have a coverage answer group as the coverage path for a particular hunt group. That all works well except that 2 of the users/extensions also utilize 9631 WT and that number when dialed does not ring on the WT. The WT is set up as a bridged appr of the extensions in...
Is there a way to automaticaly forward mail from an exchange mailbox to an external POP3 mail account?
In other words, I have an unattended mailbox which I would like all mail to then be automatically forwarded.
Running Exchange Server 2003. If I right click on "Public Folders". Then go to "open other folder"--> "other user's folder...". I am able to open anyone's Inbox. How can I set permissions to disallow access to user's mail?
Thanks Phoneguy15,
The only other step I had to take was to busyout, reset and release the Radio-Controller board (I had a red light on the WFB)and it works fine.
I have a Definity G3csi v.10. I have connected a cell antennae unit to my existing wireless base (this is the third CAU connected). What programming is needed on the switch? Are these units plug and play? Any instructions would be a great, great help.
Thanks.
Let me correct myself and try to be clear as to what I need to figure out. I have a user with a call-frwd button on her station. She works from home one day a week and will sometimes forget to call-frwd to her home number. Is there a way for her to activate call-frwd from her home?
Thanks.
