I have a coverage answer group as the coverage path for a particular hunt group. That all works well except that 2 of the users/extensions also utilize 9631 WT and that number when dialed does not ring on the WT. The WT is set up as a bridged appr of the extensions in the coverage answer group. Is this not doable? What am I missing?

Did you remember to set "Bridged call alerting" to "y" on the 9631 sets?

Carpe dialem! (Seize the line!)

And in the coverage path do you have "Terminate to Coverage Pts. with Bridged Appearances?" set to "y"?

Terminate to Coverage Pts. with Bridged Appearances is set to "y"

All internal and outside calls for these particular DIDs ring on the WTs. The C-A-G works just fine at the stations it just will not ring on the WT which has button assignments as brdg-appr of the staion extension.

Do you have at least one line appearance for the wireless station?

Coverage answer groups take phones out of the group when you make them unavailable. If a station has none of it's own call appearances, then it would be considered unavailable.

The WT station extensions are not used. All the WT have brdg-appr for their button assignments corresponding to the users digital station extension.
The WT stations can only have 3 "call-appr", 3 "brdg-appr", or 2 "call-appr" and "1 abrdg-appr" buttons assigned.
Cannot figure this out.

Looks like it might be hopeless. From the bridged call appearance feature interactions with call coverage:

"The primary telephone should not be a member of a call coverage group. This is because calls to the primary telephone as a member of the group are not bridged."

If you want to have the wireless phones as part of the coverage answer group, I'd add the local extension of the wireless phone to the CAG. You can keep the bridged appearances for the other sets as well, but it looks like you need to use the local extension of the wireless phone for these calls to ring there.

Thank you very much for your time and efforts...sometimes we can't win them all, but it is fun trying!
