We know that a patch is required for the system, but I was wondering if there is a way around the patch i.e. a way to manually fix the problem until our vendor (which your article comes from) is able to get us the patch.

If that's the case then wouldn't the correct time on the switch sync with callpilot?

Someone recently asked me if it is possible for a fax to come in through a menu without going through fax express messaging which would prompt the person faxing to enter an extension. Is it possible for the menu to know it is a fax and accept it without this extra step?
