I've built an auto attendant to replace the existing attendant at an option 11 location. The DN intended for the auto attendant is 2100. 2100 is built as an LDN when I print it out in LD 20. After looking through the books, I found that LD 90 is the place where LDN's are seemingly input. I need to know how to out or change to a different DN, in order to point 2100 to this new attendant instead of where it is currently going, an M2250........ Thanks

prt ldn data in ld 21, prt ldn and change it in ld 15.. just change it to a number with 4 digits. the put it in as an acd, ld 23 new acd 0 2100 maxp 1 ncfw xxxx to mail.. that will send it to the menu service. ignore the other 400 prompts in ld 23

I've been trying to change my LDN0 from 8888 which is sending people to voicemail to an actual person who would be at 5500 or 5401 everytime I'm in ld 15 and I try to chg LDN0 to either 5500, 5401 or even 8101 which is a programmed ACD it gives me the error SCH0241. Do I need to out what's currently in the LDN0 place or am I in the wrong load?
