I was asked if we could have e-mail notification everytime a 911 call is made from our Opt. 11C system, is there a way to do this? E911 is set up to print in my history file. I do have OTM 2.2 but it's not networked to my switch there....
Our district was able to set up e-mail notification, but it is through the use of the OTM's alarm notification. I don't know exactly how ours is setup but the OTM sees the 911 call it shows up through alarm notification and then we have the alarm notification sent to something called intermapper which then e-mails me with a 911 call.
