Is there a device that I can connect to my voip phone that I can connect analog devices to.
I have a 4620 ip phone and would like to connect a dictaphone up to it.
Ok I know somewhere I programmed a number to activate ec500 from an outside line.. Now I cant remember what field that was. I thought it was remote something but now I know that is not it.
My guys can call from an outside line hit the feature code and activate or deactivate ec500.

Ok so everything in that file goes to the root directory correct. Do I also add this file in the root directory

and what if do I need to make any changes to this file?

I have an extension that I am trying to find out what it is being used for.
I do a list usa ext and it says no data in pbx.
I do a display stat xxxx and it says that it is assigned but used as something else.
It is not a data port, how can i find out what it is being used for?
Has anyone ever set up a tie line with a Rockwell and Avaya pbx. If you have could you let me know how you have provisioned the Rockwell ds1 card. If it is different than a normal ds1 in an avaya could you let me know the avaya settings as well.

Check and make sure you can ping the address from another board. Check to make sure the cables are connected to the board. Doesnt matter what firmware you have, as long as you have ip connectivity you should be able to reach that board.
