Hi there, Assuming your MSSQL service is still running and your installation isn't corrupted, you can do this by opening Start Menu --> Programs --> Microsoft SQL Server --> Service Manager. You'll get your Service manager window to popup. Close the window and it should sit in your taskbar.

Not that I know of. You can have multiple parameters though and this isn't that bad unless you need to display them in the report header.

The tool is free and comes bundled with a widelely used DBMS. I think it will blow away the competition even if the feature set is less. It's just too easy to use and too many people are irritated with Crystal and the gang.
