Some older CD-ROM drives cannot read CD-RWs. MOST do, and even more read CD-R Discs. I don't know how to close the disc using Windows XP's native software...but it's easy in Nero - you just say "Disc-at-once" as the burn option. Perhaps someone with more experience with XP's Burning Software...

Well, it seems to be working now. Here's what I did: Looking at what happened to cause the Fatal Error, I tried a "regsvr32 wuapi.dll" in the Run box. Voila. Works now.

I just went to Windows Update, it told me to update to Version 6. I did so. After the installation completed, I get a page saying there is an error (Error number: 0x8024D007). What's going on? Anyone else had this?
