    I had this problem recently also. In my case, it was because I mistakenly had the option checked for logging onto a base extension (when you first logon to Phone Manager). Make sure this is not checked.

    I had a similar problem. My inbound the hunt groups was recording fine. Outbound calls were recording to the user mailbox. It turns out to be a bug related to the outbound caller id. You can either remove the s from your shortcode or upgrade to 3.0.58 to clear it up.

    I just installed ContactStore. Seems to be working okay for inbound calls. However, outbound calls are recording to the user mailbox rather than the voice recording library. Has anyone seen this? Thanks. Jeremy

    After upgrading to 3.0 (43) and upgrading Phone manager to 3.0, my softphone does not work. I'm getting the following error - "Failed to register with IP office for VoIP operation! Contact your system adminstrator." I have the proper licenses and in fact it worked fine before the upgrades.
