These dont power up at all after loosing power, definitely a hardware problem. Run for years, through reboots, but when they have power removed from the power supply, they cool down and never come back to life.
We have our main listed number directed to a vector that accomplishes the functionality of an auto-attendant, however, when a caller chooses to dial-by-name, the caller id is not passed to the called party. The vms tags voicemails with caller id, but not after they dial by name. Please help?
There is a section on the setup doc that has you add a line on the "46xxupgrade.scr" file that says the following:

I have a customer that wants to direct callers to a prompt that allows callers to enter a callback number (DTMF style), then pages a person and spits out this callback number into a pager. Removing the calling in to retreive a voicemail step from the equasion. Any ideas?
