Has anyone played with a group where the needs are?

Call to group - Queue for agent 1 for 90 secs - queue for agents 1 and 2 for an additional 90 secs - que for agents 1,2,and 3 for 90 seconds - group ring all with cw for some time - cover to voicemail...?

Whoah, an escalating group type. It would have to be a workaround using overflow of somekind to groups with increasing numbers of members.

Tried all kinds of things. Think they need CM with vectors.

I did it roughly using a string of assisted transfers in Voicemail Pro. It still needed the multiple groups with increasing numbers of members. And there was hassle with the busy wrap up time (had to use prompts to waste two seconds between each escalation).
