Avaya IP sets reboot all at once, been round and round with AdTran and they blame it on ESD (Electro-Static-Discharge), they sent me a "fixed" unit, same problems but only a few sets drop. Avaya says that Adtran needs to go in and hardcode the ports to supply power, but Adtran has no clue what I'm talking about.

I've had it with the frequent emails. "System Down Again" Ugggggh.

Help, 20 1151B1 it is!

The poe switche should be checked to see if it can provide the proper power requirement for the amount and type of phones that you are using.

A single power brick may help you troubleshoot this.

Adtran says no problem, There "was" an issue with the low level of power draw that Mitel and Avaya Ip sets draw that was riding the threashold of the Adtran parameters. I took 2 sets off the switch and added power bricks, when phones bounced the two on bricks stayed up. That is how we isolated it to Adtran POE rather than a bug on the network or phone firmware.
