I needed a SMTP connector to get the docs sent to the SharePoint server, and one has to set the SharePoint service account to local admin to get things working with incoming mail. This is what worked for me.

I did everything you suggested above, for both my Central Admin account and my site app pool account, plus setting up a SMTP connector (which I'm not sure I needed).
Nothing is being created in the OU on the domain controller, even though both SharePoint accounts are enabled to create/manage...
I found out later I can ctrl-click to select multiple domain users and then set their login hours restriction all at once.
Citrix already has a checkbox for preventing logins to chosen servers in the farm (lucky we only have three)...I think that's not the same as preventing domain user logins...
I would like to prevent domain users from logging in to the server during specific time periods (e.g. while defragging servers).
We have three Citrix servers in a farm, one PDC/Exchange/file/print server, one SQL server.
I assume any such restriction would occur when the domain users try to...
I would like to 'unlock' the autosave.xla file so I can see how it works and then customize it so it can be used with PowerPoint.

Snagit is not free, but Printkey 2000 (the old version) is free. Gadwin Printscreen is free too but I do not know if it works with citrix, please post or email me if you try it out and what happens...
I have some other printscreen utilities at home but cannot recall what they are called, etc...
Ideally I would like to skip the cut/paste phase and just have it print...
One can do the same thing with any app that accepts a pasted-in image...e.g. paste into a Word document, then print, but for people who have not ever done it any other way and who have to do this several times daily...
