I have this same problem- we have mostly 4602SW phones here. I believe we have 2.0. I tried un-checking "allow dircet media path" on my extension and I haven't had a one way call to this phone since, but it could be coincidence. I am also looking for a solution to this problem.

Try running phonemanager on a PC and output the PC's sound to an amplifier and speakers to hear the ringer!
