When using some programs in Windows 2000 the interanl speaker will beep. This is just annoying, does anyone know how to disable the internal speaker ? I looked throught the BIOS and didn't find anything. Is there a way of disabling it without unplugging it ? -Thanks in advance -James

Hi, I'm trying to create new backup to disk folders using Exec 8.6. However when I try and seleted the new backup to disk folder I am told the device is not ready. I have tried to do this on various folders to no avail. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks guys. -James
