you need to try to find out what it is trying to change that needs admin rights. filemon and regmon will do great for that. then change the rights for the key and or directorys so that the program can make the changes it need to logged in with the restricted account. good luck

did you uninstall the old video cards software, and drivers? I think it is msinfo that will give you a good rundown on the computer, try that and see if it lists any other video cards, if my memory is corect it might say they are inactive, but the os still thinks it is there. my 2 coppers

there is a number of programs to do this. none to my knowlage are cheap. what you are looking for is an OCR program. if you only have one image to do I think bcastner has the best idea.

With novell, you need to set the speed and duplex, it can not be auto. for some resion novell and cisco can not handle both of them being on auto detect. I think this is a listed problem with netware 4.x
