Flash upgrade 3

During the process of upgrading my IOS image, I had a power failure on my floor. Now I have no flash image and it only boots to rommon>. Does anyone know of a way I can download my
flash image again? Since I'm unable to get to the CLI. thx.

On Cisco routers you can use the TFTPDNLD process to TFTP an IOS image from the network while in ROMMON mode. It does require a somewhat new bootstrap image. Otherwise it is XMODEM downloads through the console port.
