What is an SFP? A search of the CD (for SFP) yielded no info.
Thanks,

Does anyone remember/know how to build a class set on a 500 set that takes a license from the "CLASS" category vs. the analog license? Know you can do it, cant remember what it is now.
Thanks,
Roger
Perhaps it is something like forgetting to put a 9 or whatever BARS code in the number? Check the number in the script and make sure it is input like you were dialing from your set on the PBX. Also, test the number from the PBX to make sure it will go in the fist place.
Just trying to get a little clarification after some local discussion here. IF an agent puts themselves into not ready after a call lands on their set, and bounces the call back into queue...does the call go to the back of the line or stay in front?

Thank you John for the information and the most welcome advice on testing and getting a spare... not sure I would have thought of that until it broke.
We are using these as PRIs in between an Option 61 and an 11.
Hello All,
I am looking to convert a couple of T1s from copper to fiber. We have some strands left over (single and multi) and dont see the point in paying someone to carry the signal when we already have the dark fiber sitting there. Anyone do anything like this? Looking for a recommended...
The "call tagging" that you are speaking of may be another term for "agent activity code" which "tags" calls for report reasons. Might be worth a look. It is available in your version of Symposium. (has been around for ages). Most folks dont use it until a situation like yours arises.

Sorry, I guess it wasn't all the information you needed. If you call the set from the outside, you view the "new callers". You see the NPA-NXX-XXXX. When you scroll to the number and select the "dial" soft key, it only dials the NPA-NXX (First 6). Can't find anything obvious in the set...
That has been my experience. It will work just fine. The QSIG T1 will handle the message waiting lights for call pilot just as it did for the MerMail.

Here is what I found on the subject. Did you have a high level engineer in your PBX lately? (not that I am sure that is the requirement for this error, put seeing the PDT association, I would assume that someone was in PDT mode when generating this bug code) If you have contracted support, I...
Hello all,
On Ip sets (i2004s and 1140es), after receiving a call and that call being logged on set under "new callers"...after scrolling to the phone number of one of the new callers, selecting it and pressing the dial key, the set only dials the first six digits. Anyone know where this...

If a DID comes in to the PBX, is phantomed to a queue, and that queue in turn goes to voicemail, does the VM see the originally dialed digits of the DID or the queue?
Roger
There are also 3 power TNs that you need to build to fire it up. They should be built consecutively if possible with your first 2 TNs that john provided. Same LD. Total of 5 TNs for one 2250.
Roger
Thank you very much lretrievers for your post! Very accurate and helpful. Perhaps I should look to MCRs to suit their needs based on this.
Have a good day!
