Hello

I have a trouble, when I route call to a cellphone or home telephone the call going ok until 20 seconds and cut. My cell showed the message "Network Busy". I have tried in all the ways and checked every parameter in my CCM and I cant find a solve.

I catch packets with Wireshark and saw that I send one Bye from the CS100 to the softswitch but I can´t find where hte Bye is coming from.

Please Help me. Thanks

Jorge

Perhaps it is something like forgetting to put a 9 or whatever BARS code in the number? Check the number in the script and make sure it is input like you were dialing from your set on the PBX. Also, test the number from the PBX to make sure it will go in the fist place.

It could also be a trunk to trunk thing. You will be attempting to connect an incoming trunk to an outgoing trunk. Make sure your PBX allows this, what sometimes happens is that the call rings the end point but drops out when a connetion is attempted when the distand end answers.
