Upgraded to 3.0(69) in an attempt to resolve a Voip issue (as recommended by our support partner).
We then started having major problems receiving faxes into GFI Fax Server - Faxes arriving corrupt with noise break through, 50% plus unreadable.

IPO 406 2.1.27, Soft Console 2.0.9.
Drag & Drop inbound call to BLF group member fails, selecting user from search and using Ctrl-B works - Intermittent fault, not user specific, but a persistant and annoying problem.
After camping on a busy extension, when call is returned to Soft Console...

By security prompts I'm guessing you mean fromOutlook saying another program is trying to access it, do you want to allow it etc?
This is part of MS Outlook 'New Security Features' in 2003 which cannot be turned off. There are some Third party Workrounds, one of which is here ...
Are you using a straight Ethernet cable??
If so you need a crossed cable to connect a Pc to a PC or to connect 2 hubs, if there isn't an uplink port.
Crossed cable pin outs as follows..
With the bottom of the connector facing upwards and going from left to right
End 1 End 2...
Within each time Profile you can set your requirements.
I'm presuming your going to have some VM messaging for your Out of Hours, so you would need a working hours profile and an Out of Hours profile for Winter & Summer (4 profiles)
Winter Day
08.00 to 17.00 MonTueWedThur
08.00 to 16.00 Fri...
Multiple time profiles isn't a problem, but as I understand it you would have to route calls into VMPro, using the conditions editor to set up Winter & Summer, the output of this would be sent to the appropriate Hunt Group, and you would need 2 groups with identical users, 1 using the winter...
@ Morrack
We removed our default route - The one that wasn't working - Leaving the sub net specific routes in place.
Also changed TFTP away from our VMPro Server to another machine, running Avaya recommended TFTP Server. Rebooted IPO.
Re-added default route and rebooted again and this resolved...
We had this problem after 2.1.27 upgrade, even after upgrading PM to 2.1.10. Resolved it by down grading all PM's to 2.0.14 - and you don't need the full install either, just the following files OpenH323.dll, PTlib.dll, iClaritySvr.exe & PhoneManager.exe - much easier to push out via a script if...
Had similar problems with VPN and Softphone ...

If it is an IPO 403, you MUST go to 1.99 as it has a Boot Loader for the version 2 software.
See IP Guru's FAQ on upgrades etc .. contains all you are ever likely to need to know
Since upgrading to IPO 2.1.27 & VM Pro 2.1.14 SMTP voicemail email notification has stopped working. Double checked all settings but still no joy.
Anyone any ideas???
We have this problem on a 406 2.1.27, using Phone manager. Makes no difference if users are Agent Mode or not, when they log on they are automatically enabled into all groups regardless of previous settings. I think I read a thread somewhere that states this as a known problem with 2.1.27 ??
Mr IPO
From Sys Monitor the only routing information I get, regardless of the filters I select is as follows;
9300584mS Monitor IP Routing Table Packet Size not as expected (expected 1204, got 436)

When you did the erase off the DTE port, did you do X2, X3, X4, X5 and X1?
I was of the understanding that this would take the system back to default, erasing everything including the Routing Table?
It was my next 'plan of attack', although I wasn't going to upload an existing config...
Having Upgraded to 2.1.27, and VM Pro 2.1.14 along with Soft Console & Phone Manager we're experiencing lots of disconnections of phone manager.
This is happening with users running PM 2.1.8 & usres running PM 2.1.10
Looking at the monitor trace, we get huge TFTP RRQ's, and then on the...
