Login - Forces into group

Have a problem with a user that uses login / logout (from the phone, not PM).

The user is normally disabled from a particular hunt group, however when they log out (disabled) and then log back into the phone, they are magically enabled in all HG's. The user needs to remain disabled from the HG, unless they specifically decide to go into it.

System is IP406, 2.1.27, with 2030 phone, using shortcode to login / logout.

I have the same problem on a couple of sites, one a 412, the other a 403, both on 2.1.27

They may be running in agent mode which will automatically log the phone in and enable the user into the groups specified. Check in the preferences/agent mode.

We have this problem on a 406 2.1.27, using Phone manager. Makes no difference if users are Agent Mode or not, when they log on they are automatically enabled into all groups regardless of previous settings. I think I read a thread somewhere that states this as a known problem with 2.1.27 ??
