NAM, calling a DID (copper) that is appear and ring on a phone that FNA's to VM on 4 rings. You get the users mbox (not Gen Deliv) and you press #, it beeps, you leave a message. If you press # after your message it kicks you into an AA greeting. I just need to stop that.

upon further testing. if i call its DID, it works. If i call the main number then option 1 (trans. to 3003) it works. it only doesnt work when i use a sa voice key from the phone here in the switch room. when i use a sa ring key it works.?

real quick, the ext im using was forwarded somewhere else before. when i setup the forward that you gave me, it worked. a couple of tries later, it went to the old number. any help??

lets say ext 3003 is currently set up as a "dummy" ext to externally forward. Using an MLX-20L phone, how can i change the number that it is currently forwarding to? need help asap.
