NAM, going to AA greeting after leaving a message and pressing #

NAM, calling a DID (copper) that is appear and ring on a phone that FNA's to VM on 4 rings. You get the users mbox (not Gen Deliv) and you press #, it beeps, you leave a message. If you press # after your message it kicks you into an AA greeting. I just need to stop that.

Return to AA is probably set to Yes and set it to NO and try it and see if you get the result you want.
