You cant put a * or a # in the users forward so i am using a 666 shortcode, tried the fallback, didnt work, also i created a group, gave that group a night service group of the original group with the shortcode user in it, put it into night service and rang the group internally, works fine, try...
Ok, created user, created shortcode, put the shortocode in the users forwarding tab, works fine on the system if you dial the users extn, just gets busy tone if you dial in to it externally
both customers have a mixture of Ericssons and T350's from Burnside, also one has a dual sim model, cant remember the make, they are plugged into Trunks not extns, the old Nokias used to give problems as well but you didnt need to reboot them so often
I told my boss, dont use premicells they dont work, too unreliable, he replaces old systems with avayas but still need to use these mobile devices, anyway
i have 2 customers with IP500 latest 4.2.11, 1 has 3 premicells, the other has 5, they are unreliable and need to be rebooted all the time...
We have a problem with ringing out on a 824, it takes about ten seconds before ringing the number and happens on all extn's dialling out, i have been told it may have something to do with line timers, can anyone help?
