CCC Ver 5 Reporting License error

Hi All,
I am having a problem with a site using CCC ver 5 on a windows 2003 server ( not configured for any firewall), when you open the ccc reporter it says no license found, I have found that changing the port number in the ccc admin and then restarting the service, then changing it back again to port 8081 and restarting the service solves the problem, do you know of a fix for this or is it a ver 5 bug

I have had problems with DEP on windows 2003 server stopping the reporter service but I haven't had the issue you've got. Try disabling DEP. it may solve the problem.

What version of delta server ru using, if it is older version try to put 5.0.25 version delta server this will solve the problem
