Hi All,
Have got an autoattendant setup on 3.2 software, company goes to night service on a time profile at 5pm,
customer wants to be able to go back in service with a shortcode if they are going to work late, any idea as to the best way to do this
Cheers

Are they against having a night button? If not just have them control the calls via the night button and use a VMPro variable to play night greeting after hours. If the calls go to a day message after ringing the operator or customer sevice after 4-5 rings already, this will be easy. Give a little more detail about the regular calls durring the day.

They dont want a button !!!, dont know why, its a regular attendant during the day, 1 for service, 2 for sales etc.

If you are using a test condition for your time profile you can create a User Variable called say, After Hours and place the Test User Variable for this before your AA menu. Create a Shortcode start point that allows the user to turn off/on the user variable. Check out the examples here . Go to Voicemail Pro Example Exercises and look at number 15 a thru e. If you are using a time profile on a particular group you cant override this with a shortcode.

Just the Job, thanks for your help
