I'm using MS Outlook 2003 and syncing it with an online application for CRM purposes (Salesforce.com). As I'm combing my data, the country keeps popping up in the address fields. I want to configure outlook so it does NOT include the country.

For anyone who reads this post - the best answer I found is to wash the database through Access. Do an import, then export as .xls and this fixes the problem.

After extensive research, I have finally figured out (i think) that i need an apple color laserwriter printer to access the printer that is plugged into a mac on my network. however, after all of this work, the driver won't install!!!! grrrr.

that's correct - Mac can print just fine. We also have access to files in both directions - Mac to PC and back. We are only having problems with the printing.
