I have the following problem: some users are opening sessions with the
same CMS login and we are getting out of supervisors licences. I want
to have as much different users as available licences.

I solved this problem when I called to Avaya.
I think It is a bug. I asked them to explain me the problem, but Avaya didn´t reply me.
If you scale the problem, please try ask to Avaya the solution.

thank MARCELL55, but the error is because I have one announcement without two fields: TYPE and PORT. When I complete this fields the machine shows the following error:
