Hello,

I have a small problem:
I installed a Intuity Audix LX with CM 2.1.1, but
when I dial the
Audix hunt group extension I listen the next
message:
"you call has been answered by Audix, the
extension is not
avalaibe..."
But I want to listen the wellcome message:
"wellcome to Audix, please enter the extension and
password".

I have reviewed the configuration with the
documentation and I think is all right:
-The configuration was all right (DNIS_SVC, any
to any, message center "audix"...).The link is "in
service".
-The connection is TCP/IP. The connection is
right, I checked it with the command "status
processor-channels".

thanks!

It sounds like you are dialing one of the individual analog line members of your Audix hunt group rather than the lead number of your Audix hunt group.

Better late than never and it may help someone else. Your Lines are probably not presented to the Audix in the correct order. You need to check the extension number from the switch is terminating on the channel on th LX that is configured as that number. You can easily check this by using the voice port monitor on the LX in conjunction with the status command or list trace station on the Switch and making calls into the main hunt group.

Yes tiltingtone! I solved in March.
Exactly, the problem was the lines was not connected in the correct order to Audix.
Thanks,

Sorry I forgot write the solution.
