Hi,

I have a S8300 with Intuity Audix 770 (IA770), but I can only administer it with the user VM. This user can´t execute the command "change machine".
The login "sa" only access to prompt of system.

I need execute the commando "change machine"....

How to administer the intuity Audix?

Please help!

Log in via your internet explorer. Just fill in the URL in your browser (CLAN IP-address; same you're using for ASA, click 'OK' and 'YES' and log-in as 'sa'. Then go to
Launch Maintenance Web Interface, in the new screen click on
Messaging Administration and then in the new screen go to
Global Administration and then
Messaging Administration and then the terminal will appear. Log in as 'sa' again and you're in the Terminal!
Hint: instead of F1 use CTRL-X as 'cancel' option, otherwise the help file will be openend every time you cancel a command.
Good luck and let me know if it worked!

Kind Regards,
Maarten Copini

Dear Mcopini,
I follow your indications but in the terminal appears the prompt (definity1%).
defintiy1 is the name of the S8300.
when I entry "change machine" I got back: "Ksh: change: not found".

Thank you Mcopini!!

Please help!

You don't need to "telnet" to your machine,... you must open a web browser, and point it to the S8300. You have to login with "craft", "sa" or "vm".

Choose "Launch Maintenance Web Interface" and choose "messaging administration". In this screen, choose "switch administration" followed by "switch link admin". Here you can enter your info.

On IA770, you cannot issue the command "change machine",...

Strange, my S8300 with IA770 accepts the command change machine when I login with 'sa'... really...
