There is nothing in the queue.. Also, on the event viewer, it stated that the msg is routed to the mailbox, but nothing in the mailbox.

I am having problem seeing the response of some of the email from certain sender in outlook. But when I check it via web (internet explorer or blackberry), I see the whole email (msg). In Outlook, all I see is the original email I sent to them, not their response.
