Printing from Outlook

One of my user can't print from Outlook. When she click on print, the program just shut down w/0 any msg. I was able to get her to print by opening the email, then click on reply (it use word as an editor). She also can't print from Internet Explorer, it said can't print in HTML format.

Any ideas?

Don't think so, it prints from other applications.

Well, given that Internet Explorer and Outlook are 2 different applications, it doesn't necessarily sound application specific.

Is your user able to print a plain text email?

Are you sure about her settings in Internet Explorer, that it allows printing?

When cannot print from Internet Explorer, does Internet Explorer also just close?
