    Firewall issue- usually- RTP ports. You may need to disable SIP ALG on router. One other thing you could try- turn off Allow Direct Media Path on Extension- VOIP tab.

    Try File--> Advanced--> Erase Security Settings on IP Office, then resart VM Pro Service......It has worked for me quite a few times.

    I copied the 9500 36.bin file and pasted into the Primary Folder of the SD Card. The phone started taking the file right away.

    It should be fixed on this release. Did you make sure that there is a name recorded on the users. (*05) and the they save it by pressing 3?

    I agree with tlpeter, but they are supported on one server, with limitations. see tech tip 227: VM Pro: 16 ports (8 TTS) CCR: 50 Agents One X: 150 Simultaneous users.
