Dreamweaver is the one that's picking up the websafe colours.
You need to go into photoshop, and get the HEX code for the background colour, then, paste it into the properties pallet for the background colour of your navbar in dreamweaver.
It's better to always do it...
You don't publish flash TO html.
You publish HTML for your FLASH.

Here your solution:
I had to solve this problem by adding the content of the two include file to a seperate table in a database. Set 'CONTENT1', 'CONTENT2', 'CONTENT3', ect feilds, then code this above the <head> your page.

You need to have a play with Layers, and behavoirs. Namely, the Show/Hide layer behavoir. Bugger Fireworks - No need for that, unless you don't have Photoshop.
The words on the Nav. bar will need to be images to use the Javascript behavoirs, but you can make layers containing images fly around...
Go to www.macromedia.com and sign up for the Macromedia Exchange. You will be able to get an extension that does that, NO PROBLEM. You'll probably find a lot of usefull stuff here that you like the look of.
