    This sounds like an authentication issue for your outgoing SMTP server. Go into your email settings and check the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and then select the "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" radio button. I had this same issue and it fixed the problem...

    Well, we can considered this a closed case. I took the advice of a few of you and found a "dumbed-down" PCL 4 driver. Worked like a charm. Although, I did look into Thinprint because of all of this and I have to say I am impressed with it. Nice product. Thanks for all your help.
