Another solution would have been to add a call forward button to another set and where the call forwrd number is blank put the forwarded extension in there have the person at that phone push the button and that would have cancelled forwarding. Then remove the button. I too have many sites to...

1000 forwards to 1001 because the on call supervisor is in the office.
When the on call supervisor leaves the office he forwards his phone to his cell.
So I need to have the calls ring his phone if he is in the office and dump the call into his VM which at this...

Nope all COR's are the same. This looks like a dial plan issue but for the life of me where to look is the problem. All suspect places have been checked. The system did have DCS at one time and all translation were cleaned up but I am betting something was missed.

Sounds like you have the mailbox set to the wrong time zone. Check the mailbox in question make sure it is set up the same as the others mailboxes.
In VM check Switch number and community ID, for the sub in question.
