We are getting ready to open an office in the UK London. Can someone assist me regarding ISDN lines and their DDI services?

If a certified businesspartner does the install of this system you should be ok anyway. If everything is ok the businessparnter has checked with avaya for the config. It would be best if you can provide the installing businesspartner the specific settings of the provider (i.e. crc4)or give the point of contact of your provider to the businesspartner. If i would do this install i would configurate the ds1 as following:

Thanks for your reply. Pretty much what I expected. A question regarding DDI services how are they similar and different from DID standards? Basically I am ready to order the service from BT. Looking for questions from what to expect from them.

Note that UK has have 2 ISDN30 versions: ISDN30 (DASS2) and ISDN30e

My new G350 was build for ISDN30e, took local provider 8 weeks to convert from ISDN30 to ISDN30e :-(
