I think you need to login on those phones (hunt group members) with BCMS Vu agent login ids..Unless someone logs-in on those phones, they will never be a part of split 4 as hunt group type is set to ACD...

I think its only possible to track inbound calls with CDR..
In cdr you have a field setting for "record outbound calls only"..set it to no and you will start getting the CDR data for inbound calls..
Well, in begining, you said your trunk type is tie..and now you are saying its an ISDN..You can verify or faclity test a ISDN trunk...
Suggested way would be block all the cahnnels and then release the channles you want make/test outbound calls...Or you can make a test trunk and remove the...
WHat Version/system you are using ??? Do you have a clan card ???..Incase of G3 Si or prologix, you get a serial connection (RS232) /inetrface, connect it to a Desktop and use some application to capture the data coming on the serial port...
