Hi All,

I've got one agent in a split of 6 who's telephone displays the caller input information when she answers an ACD call. No other sets in the split do this.

How do I turn this off? I'm pulling my hair out trying...

What telephone set you are using ???..It is only call-master which displays callers's input information directly iw without pressing any key..

Not sure but can try this...

1. Make sure phone is on hook.
2. Press select key followed by Mute key and key in 35..

If you do so, you will get an option to set phone diaplay to 2 line or 1 line... use * to change and # to save..

I think it should work..
