In setting up a simply hunt group with 8 members, I am having an issue with getting the hunting to work. Are there some common mistakes that I might be overlooking. I have checked the COR and COS and don't see any problem.

Make sure ACD, Queue and Vector are set to "Y"

Most importantly, Make sure you increase Queue Length from the default of 1. You can increase this to slightly greater than the number of inbound ports you have or set this to the max number of calls you want to queue to this skill. If you do this make sure you put something into the vector such as " route to or disconnect after announcement XXXX if calls queued in Split / Skill are = 25 (Whatever you Q Length is set to) Otherwise once you hit 25 calls in queue the subsequent calls will skip the queue step and be lost in never land. Provided you don't have any other backup skill it could possible queue to written in the vector.

If you could copy and paste the contents of your hunt group here, it might be easier to troubleshoot.

DMoore,

I am not using ACD or Vectoring at this time. All 8 extensions will ring, but will not hunt to next number when one is busy.

Neeed to make sute that call is coming on hunt group only i mean you need to call hunt group extn for hunting to work.
