Trying to add 800 as prefix, but keep geting ESN0073 (Conflict with another (NPA, NXX, etc.) ACTION:Enter new SPN number.) When I try that I get the same error code. Also can't seem to find the 1800 number in LD 90 under SPN or NPA.

This sounds like moving phones. I need to move 2 dgtl LC (NT8D0AB) RLS 3. From 24 0 13 to 24 1 13 and 24 0 14 to 24 1 14. Without having 2 other cards in the slots. Can this be done without outing and rebuilding the phones. Thanks.

The programing stays the same. It's just when they try to dail out the switch gives the bug code. This started to happen after we went from 3 digit to 4 digit dialing. It happens in two differnt groups that have the same DNs.

I have an Option 11 RLS 21 that keeps changing 2008s into acd phones. They can only take calls in. They won't call out or tranfer calls. The only way to fix the problem is to out the phone and rebuild it. Which only last for about a month and it happens again. any ideas.
