Move Card to an other cabinet

Is it possible to move a card to an other cabinet? With out having to out all the phones and rebulding them. Opt 61

I know I have done this before on an Option 61 but on Rls 21. I just tried to do this on an Option 11C but it wouldn't lrt me do it. You could mov 1 set at a time.

The reason the 11 wont do it is because it sees the cards as different loops. You should be able to move cards within the same loop but you can not move cards between loops.

This sounds like moving phones. I need to move 2 dgtl LC (NT8D0AB) RLS 3. From 24 0 13 to 24 1 13 and 24 0 14 to 24 1 14. Without having 2 other cards in the slots. Can this be done without outing and rebuilding the phones. Thanks.

You can try using the MOV command.

REQ MOV
TYPE CARDMLT
TN 24 0 13
TOTN 24 1 13


If that doesn't work than just move them 1 at a time, you don't have to out them and then rebuild them.

TYPE (enter type of phone)
TN 24 0 13 0
TOTN 24 1 13 0

Thanks acewarlock, didn't like the move card command but the move phones worked. Got a SCH2502 on trying to move the card.

hey guys, some information with regards to MOV command. The last time we did a MOV command it corrupted our database.

MOV command is not healthy procedure to follow. avoid using this.

just a thought.

ipeolegy is very right, if you do move, stations or cards make sure you dis them 1st. DONT move a acd set. makes for a long weekend with people knocking on the switchroom door.
