I have an Option 11 RLS 21 that keeps changing 2008s into acd phones. They can only take calls in. They won't call out or tranfer calls. The only way to fix the problem is to out the phone and rebuild it. Which only last for about a month and it happens again. any ideas.

When you say it changes 2008's into ACD phones, are you saying that the keys on the set get reprogrammed etc

Do you use MTE with Meridian Max? Maybe an administrator is doing this...or do you have a MAT terminal (hate them things) somewhere that has an old database on it that may be doing this...if indeed you mean that it is changing the key programming as wdhb has asked.

The programing stays the same. It's just when they try to dail out the switch gives the bug code. This started to happen after we went from 3 digit to 4 digit dialing. It happens in two differnt groups that have the same DNs.
