Thanks again for the suggestions. I am getting the forbidden error from session manager. I did confirm that the domain name "company.com" matches between the adaptation and domain management.
I had "company.com" picked as the domain under the dial pattern I'm testing with and it doesn't work...
Thanks for the feed back. This is a SIP connection between the session manager and Cisco CM. I have a dial pattern with the domain defined but still getting the forbidden error.
Geo is disabled at this time.

I am not familiar with the G350 media gateway but I do have access to it via telnet. Is there a wayto configure the mm711 board from the telnet CLI? I don't really see any telephone options.
We had similiar issues with a couple of VG224's and we changed them from SCCP to H323 and it corrected the issues. We tried the fax relay settings with no luck. I believe you can use SCCP with CCM 4.2 or higher. We are running 4.1.3.

It's done in Call Manager Administration. Go to Service>>Service Parameters. Choose your publisher and the Call Manager Service. Look for the call park reversion timer. It's set in seconds.
