    Yes, voicemail is ticked off. But regardless of voicemail it should be rolling over to the overflow group. If you watch call status it rings only the main group, then enters queue even though queue is turned off.

    I am trying to setup a short code to dial long distance numbers which require service provider account codes, but am having no luck using 2.1.27. I have tried using D1234 and ,,,,1234 but it still won't ring out. Anyone have any suggestions for this? Thanks.

    We have 3 networked IPOs and just upgraded to 2.1(15), I had programmed some of the local phones with blfs/call buttons for users located at the other sites and it worked fine. Now the IP Office deletes these buttons for users on the other systems at will, you can put them back in and they work...

    I have set the caller ID on all our dial patterns in the short codes with the s1234567890 to force all calls to show our main number. However only "unavailable" is shown when we make a calll with our PRI. Any suggestions, or do I need to complain to the CO?

    30362, I did this on our system by setting up a phantom user that has forward unconditional on and put the number in the field and in the incoming call route for that number send it to that user so it gets forwarded back out.
