I am trying to setup a short code to dial long distance numbers which require service provider account codes, but am having no luck using 2.1.27.

I have tried using D1234 and ,,,,1234 but it still won't ring out.

Anyone have any suggestions for this? Thanks.

That is how I had it setup, I was just lazy typing it all in. This is also going over a PRI if it makes a difference.

It makes a big difference in north america. Because you have to dial enbloc, you can't insert pauses like that. I haven't had a chance to try this yet, but someone on this forum a while back posted something about an undocumented 'Y' in your shortcode tel number field. If I recall correctly, it ran along these lines:

[9]1N;
1NY1234
0
Dial

Give it a whirl and let us know. I've been meaning to try this myself but just haven't gotten to it yet - super busy lately.

Hm, haven't seen the Y before, but I'll give it a shot to see what happens.
